James Wade vive y escribe en Texas Hill Country con su esposa e hija. Él es el autor de río, cantar y All Things Left Wild , ganador del prestigioso premio MPIBA Reading the West Award for Debut Fiction, y ganador del premio Spur a la mejor novela histórica de Western Writers of America.
